We accept Visa and Master Credit Card, Debit Cards and Net banking as mode of payments which are processed through our payment gateway partner Atom Technologies. Atom Technologies will not cover insurance for any failed transactions. Please review our Refund Policy below to know how we process refunds for any failed transactions.



When are Refunds provided?

However, for a transaction performed by you on Myonlinerecharge.com, if money has been charged to your card or bank account and a Recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction, we will automaticallyprovide an instant refund which you can use for any recharge or bill payment on our site. We will send you an email notifying the same. In case you do not want a refund in your wallet, please contact us using the Contact Us form on this page. The money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. 


You can also inform us of failed transactions by sending an email to our customer services email address mentioned on the Contact Us page or mail us at support@myonlinerecharge.com. 


Please include in the email the following details

>> Operator name

>> Recharge value

>> Transaction date

>> Transaction Number


Myonlinerecharge.com shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge/Bill Payment then you will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your email.
